Best Time to Visit Egypt

  • October to April is the best time to visit Egypt, especially for sightseeing in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and desert areas.
  • Weather is cooler, skies are clear, and it’s perfect for visiting pyramids, cruising the Nile, or walking in ancient temples.

Avoid visiting in July and August if you’re sensitive to heat — temperatures in Upper Egypt (like Luxor) can exceed 40°C.
